- Avoid mentioning specific platforms or cryptocurrency-related terms like (Binance, OKX, Crypto, USDT, Bitcoin, P2P) when making payments to prevent potential account blocks by the bank.

- Refrain from making payments from joint accounts unless all parties agree to undergo verification.

- Do not use Business/Trust/Retirement accounts for payments.

- Be aware that some banks may take 24-72 hours to release funds, and trades will not be executed until funds have cleared. We reserve the right to refuse service and will refund any payments made.

- Payments from Wise or Revolut accounts will require additional documentation to verify ownership.
